This knowledge should motivate you to to take action. This should stimulate you to picture where you want to be in the future. For example, your vision might be to move into a position of great influence in your organization.

Use Affirmative Visualization

Paint your vision of success
Think about the goals you want to achieve
Visualize as if you have accomplished the goal
Picture the steps and the challenges you encounter to achieve
